This was a sweet modern-American-woman meets seventeenth-century-Scottish-man romance. Light and clean with a good amount of holiday magic.
One of the things I loved most about this novella is that Sariah Wilson packed it full of fun and interesting holiday customs from years past. A great lesson in traditional Scottish winter celebrations.
A fun and fast read for the holiday season.
