Ugh. So much ugh. There are a scattering of valid points in this book, but the presentation is very haphazard and disjointed. There are no cohesive instructions, just random snatches of information.
The whole book is essentially a compilation of quotes and advice from OTHER authors.
Not useful. Not inspirational. Not original.
