[Review] Twisted Tales: Unhinged Retellings of Beloved Children's Stories by Noelle W. Ihli

Fun conceptually, but the stories were hit or miss for me. The overall tone of the book is quite defeatist and pessimistic—there's some pretty dark social commentary here, making it hard to see the humor that the synopsis promised.

In the end, I found most of the stories and concepts too dark for children, and the writing too basic for adults.
