[Review] The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson (1959)

It is no surprise that this book has withstood the test of time. It is such a great classic.

This book has everything I want in a Halloween read: a creepy local, atmospheric details, supernatural elements, psychological elements, interesting characters, and a compelling plot.

I'm glad I finally got a chance to read this one. It's a great choice for spooky season.
